We got to Nashville Airport, only to discover that we no longer had a flight to pisa on Delta for this afternoon. oh, dear. The helpful and wonderful Carl stepped in and rescued us for our trip! He rerouted us to Atlanta, then to Paris and finally to Pisa — eight hours after we were supposed to arrive. But we will arrive — and in style! Carl gave us a silver lining, as we got moved up to first!!! For our trip to Paris, we have a layover and we may just journey down to Rue Cler for lunch!! We’ll get a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. Ahh, then on to Italy…
